I have over eight years teaching experience. I am excellent in lesson planning and delivery, management of assessment of pupils/students, maintaining positive learning environment, and supporting pupils/students with different learning abilities. I am also committed to helping pupils/students develop not only academically but also socially, mentally and morally. I have relevant qualifications and training in education, which have equipped me with knowledge of teaching methods, classroom management, child development, progress assessment etc. My teaching style is learner centered, interactive, and inclusive. I believe pupils/students learn best when they are actively involved in the lesson, so I use questioning, discussions, demonstrations, practical activities, storytelling, and appropriate teaching aids to make lessons interesting and easy to understand which also make me consider individual differences among learners and provide additional support where necessary.
